the staff at reception were a bit cold. but the location was great, near drug store and many restaurants. our room was spacious, and the public bath was relaxing after a long day.

One pool in the Onsen is inadequate!!! The humidity in the hotel is concerning, with stains evident in rooms. Room cleaning taking almost 6 hours is unacceptable!!! Limited pool size forces overcrowding!!! Small bathroom for tall guests!!!

The premium room I stayed in on the top floor offered a fantastic view of the mountains and was free from humidity issues, making it a very comfortable experience.
